1. The staff are very engaging and helpful 2. From my experience, the facility is very well kept. 3. The staff always seemed helpful and friendly 4. They do seem to be very good with the level of attention to the residents. 5. [name removed] has always been very helpful and keeps me informed regarding my brother. She truly cares about seeing the residents' well-being. 6. I really can't answer about the food since my brother complains about it constantly. That being said, he is extremely picky about what he eat…
