Exceeds expectations.

We have been here for 2.5 months now, and I have been here on site basically every day. Even though the place is quite expensive, I am honestly ranking them as 5/5 for every one of those questions. I've been very happy with this choice - they have exceeded my expectations. For background, I am a physician, so have high expectations on standards for medical care. Happy to have selected Reflections at Silver Creek on Main as the home for my loved on

Some of the things that stuck out about Silver Creek on Main were: the responsiveness, (yet not overbearing) of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, the wide variety of activities provided, and the "resident-first" attitude of the staff. They made special accommodations for my mother to be able to tour the facility with me (she was NOT the person who was looking to become the resident) I never felt like my family member was just a number or simply a profit center for them.
