Professional, Caring, Comforting

Mom was at [community removed] (Now Skybrook) for several months. The facility is newer and inviting. More importantly, the people are amazing - professional, caring, comforting. Mgmt, staff, chefs, they were all amazing. They cared about Mom & us. When it came time for hospice, they have an excellent relationship with AccentCare. AccentCare was there same day. Reviewed & updated Mom's situation same day. Provided frequent updates. If we had a question & AccentCare staff wasn't on site, Anthology staff could respon…

A family's experience

It does not feel like Mom is in an institutional place. Yes, I would definitely recommend the place to others. My one little disappointment is that when it moved from Anthologyto Skybrook, they discontinued the sagely app which allowed us to keep tabs on Mom's activities during the day. They did not replace the Sagely app with anything comparable.

No measure were take to provider tight in both group activities many and very active food could be improved. Requests not addressed legacy very useful exercise program need better transportation to do shopping maybe theater park, museums need more mind stimulations. Parking unavailable! For handicap esp as was promised.

A pleasant place to live with various activities: exercises, films, documentaries. Immediate response to medical problems. Food - variable. Entertainment - good music programs. Overall experience is 4 stars.

A very well run place with outstanding staff

A very new 5 year old facility with excellent programs and staff. If there is an emergency they respond immediately. The classes they provide are many and great fun. They also provide entertainment such as movies and musical events... always something to do or celebrate!
