My parents lived in a 1st floor 2 bedroom with outside access and patio. It was a beautiful layout with plenty of room. The food and service were terrific. [name removed] is so kind and upbeat with all the residents. Even visited my father when he was in the hospital. I highly recommend Smokey Springs! We only had to move to receive more care (nursing home).

Friendly residents & staff

My room is very good. Living room with full size fridge. Bedroom is very good size. Large bathroom, shower w/built-in seat. Food is very good, many activities . Very happy here.

Small, dirty, and no one seemed independent. The rental agent came in late. So many residents in wheelchairs. Outside of the building had broken cement path, messy windows, and mold. Very few trees or flowers. My Father and I walked around and saw no outdoor activities, nor indoor activities. A male resident showed us his studio, and it held a chair and a television. When the rental agent came in late, we left.

Elevator inadequate and parking is scarce. Hopefully that elevator and parking problems will be solved

I toured here 2 years ago when my wife started working here. The residents were always friendly however, there weren’t that many. After returning this week I am impressed with all the positive changes cosmetically in the community. [name removed] loves her Community Sales job and she loves the residents and they love her. A great place to live

I visited with my mom recently and I was wowed by the friendliness & the warmth at Smoky Springs. From the moment I entered I was taken greeted by happy friendly staff and residents who went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. After meeting with the sales manager, [name removed], we began our tour and from floor to floor, she knew every resident by name! The whole time people were calling her name and saying hello.
