Did not meet expectations

Unfortunately, this brand new senior living apartment complex in Venice has been a negative experience for my mom since she's moved in 4 months ago. We feel her overall well-being has been jeopardized since living here due to negligence in solving maintenance problems. This has been an overall stressful situation on her and the family.
