The facility is great and the residents are friendly. There was a significant breakdown in communication between marketing and maintenance The marketing person was great initially, but once the lease was signed, it was very difficult to get her to return phone calls or answer questions. There was a lot of things promised that she did not follow through with. The manager was very good at getting things resolved for us eventually.

I chose to move into Solista Milwaukie. I am happy living here. It's a clean, well-operated facility and the other residents are friendly & kind.

My experience

I am living there now and love it! What I like the most about the community are the friendly people, the good food and the lovely grounds. Yes, I would most definitely recommend this community to others. The staff is great too

My mom and I were quite pleased with Solista Milwaukie. We visited because she was considering other places to live. We were both taken by how the grounds and the building looked, as well as by the friendly staff. We viewed a one-bedroom apartment, and my mom fell instantly in love. Food Need Improvement

Just that they are professionals and will be supportive. I can't stress enough of the food situation at the Solista. Honestly what are the quality checks? And why do you publish a food calendar but it is routinely not followed.

Staff-- And the staff at Solista Milwaukie remains one of the best. But I can feel the edge of pressure lately. They are still attempting to stay cheerful and helpful and kind but there have been additions to the staff recently-- robots. No one likes them. The residents feel more than ever like animals in a barn and the human staff are fighting to keep relationships alive, when they already had enough on their plate.
