Highly Recommend

Initially there was confusion with meds and transportation, but that quickly was sorted out. The place is clean, lots of activities for a variety of people. The staff is super nice!! Our family, including our loved one, likes that it is a small facility. The staff knows everybody and treat the residents with care and kindness.

Great staff and greater value

Everyone incredibly friendly and helpful. Even dad said it wasn't what he imagined. I would very much so recommend them to others. Also toured [community removed] and Princeton seemed much nicer and more modern. Also exceptional value. The included services and packages for care made it so much simpler than other places we looked.

Overall nice community some areas need improvement.

The care staff overall was good and caring. The leadership was good at selling to get you in but feel short once Mom was there awhile. The cost is outrageous and seems to fund corporate vs the local car givers. Just my impression. At the end of the day. It was a good fit for my mom for her end of life experience

My dad is very happy!

My dad loves the caregivers who work with him. They are very kind and caring. He feels comfortable and welcomed. He tells me that he is so lucky to be so well cared for. I appreciate the communication from the med tecs as well.

[name removed] appreciates the staff & her interactions with the staff. Areas for improvement include dining issues (food undercooked, servers aren’t always prompt in bringing food to tables). Housekeeping not always completed. Meds are usually given on time, but not always. Princeton has not had a bus for taking residents out for activities for a very long time. Wonderful place

[name removed] who is the sales manager here is fantastic. She loves her staff and Ioves the people who call this facility home. We were so impressed by the interactions we saw. Since our mother has moved in that impression has only improved. The residents care about each other. Not your typical facility at all but an actual home environment!
