Spend some time browsing the extensive library for your new favorite novel or relax with your pup on the patio. Community Services and Amenities Leave the stress of household chores behind you. At Solista Wilmington by Cogir, professional and friendly associates provide regular housekeeping, linen, and maintenance services to help keep your apartment in top condition. Three savory and nutritious chef-inspired meals— served in the elegant dining hall featuring dark hardwood flooring and large skylights. Have the peace of mind knowing that you are in caring and capable hands. Trained associates are available on-site 24 hours a day to provide emergency response services, and GPS-enabled pendants are available for those who would prefer the extra reassurance. Personal and health care services are available and can be customized to match your unique needs through a third-party provider. Your free time should be spent doing the things that you love. Associates don’t enforce a strict daily routine, enabling residents to choose how to spend each day, whether that means using the complimentary transportation and exploring the local area or treating yourself to some pampering in the salon. New recreational activities and social events, such as fitness classes and happy hours, are scheduled every month, enabling residents to interact with other members of the community who may share similar interests. No matter what your lifestyle is like, there is something just for you at Solista Wilmington by Cogir. Living Arrangements Take some time to yourself after a busy day and retreat to the privacy of your own private apartment. Studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments are available for residents to choose from based on their budget, preferences, and needs. All apartments include individually controlled heating and air conditioning, cable TV, and other utility packages. Each unit is equipped with a lovely kitchenette as well as a spacious, wheelchair-accessible bathroom. Select apartments feature large walk-in closets and a private patio. One-bedroom cottages are also available for residents who would prefer a little more privacy. Similar to the apartments, these cottages include a variety of utilities that can be packaged together. Set the thermostat to whatever temperature makes you comfortable, with individually controlled heating and air conditioning. These cottages also include a convenient, full-sized kitchenette and a walk-in closet for ample storage space.

CriticalThe best thing about the community is the location. The newly renovated apartments were done very well. There have been a few maintenance-related items that required extra follow-up, but improvements are being made. The community has recently added some newer laundry equipment, although accessibility and ease of use could still be improved for some residents. Overall, there seems to be positive change happening with the new director, and I think the community is moving in a better direction.
