It was a five it was a really positive experience. [name removed] was excellent to work with sent us mini videos so we could envision different things, answered all our questions. We moved my brother in last week and he is very happy there. One gentleman said it was like being on a cruise ship. And I agree!

Worried son

Don't send them to Soltice sold company the food is awful and having housemaids doing the food serving this place needs to be looked at for their lack of good food and management is basically non existent. Seniors housing. Investigation needs to see the food and all around quality of living. Do not recommend

Positive Experience

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was mostly very good.

It was a very nice place. It is virtually identical to the place. We ended up selecting for my dad. The food was good. It seemed clean with a lot of activities.

Review for Solstice at Lodi

I would rate them about a three. Fired the cook first week my mom was there. Parking is limited for visitors the maintenance is slow took about 3 weeks to fix a faucet in bathroom. Apparently they don't do a punch list for repairs to the units after they are vacated. People who live there are pretty much keep to themselves afraid to complain about food or services provided. They have strange hours they don't even open until 10 am every day . Laundry hours are rather reduced to strange days and no one is there on we…

[name removed] at Solstice gave me the most welcoming tour. She is a treasure and spent a considerable amount of time showing me the many features of Solstice. The apartments are very clean and there are many attractive features including a beauty salon library and movie area. The residents seemed engaged and well cared for.
