PositiveAdministration, Dietary, and Nursing staff are all kind and friendly.
Sonata has the most home-like feel & design of all facilities we toured & we toured at least 15 assisted living facilities. Administration & dietary staff are wonderful. Nursing & PCP communications have not been as smooth. There are holes in communication between shifts & inter-disciplinary roles...relief staff vs regular staff vs. home health agency staff providing care on-site. General organizing and collecting of medical records between facilities/hospitals could also be improved. Families should not assume th…

PositiveStaff was friendly and knew all the residents. Residents had their doors open, leading me to believe they feel safe and welcoming of others. Clean and no bad odors. It was a small community & inviting - not overwhelming. Homey feeling…lots of staff around in all areas with the residents.

PositiveWe were very pleased to see the size of the living space and the shower/bathroom as this would be a very new experience for my mother who now has dementia. The care staff was friendly and engaged with their residents. This is very comforting to see. Also liked being asked specific questions that would tailor greatly to my mother's care.

My mother is enjoying her time at the Sonata due to the warm friendly staff and modern facilities. The care has been high quality thus far and the overall program/facility is well organized and well-run. The campus is also pretty with lots of trees and spread out (allowing residents to eat outside, etc).

The staff are very friendly and for the most part responsive to questions and requests from residents and family members. They had a really good special offer just when we needed to find a place due to me needing surgery and [name removed] needing care. They worked with us to make sure we met the deadline to get the deal. The administrative staff were very helpful
