Apartment size, activities, food and cleanliness are all sufficient and acceptable. Staff care especially during the overnight hours is a little lacking.

The staff was very caring. There are not many activities in memory care but many residents cannot do activities so it's complicated. They try very hard to give them a nice environment and I felt the memory care staff tried to get to know my dad as a person. The administration was more mixed. Some were super helpful and others acted like it was a monumental bother to deal with things. The good definitely outweighed the negative experiences significantly.

Price range fit our budget. Pleasant people and employees. They're so helpful to my brother and me in navigating new surroundings. They worked with our financial limitation as when we could pay them (which is not the beginning of the month when they typically want it). Residents often complain about the food. In speaking with several residents, the older senior population doesn't feel empowered to stand up for themselves and speak up, sadly enough."

The nursing staff is very good. They know if something is off with my mom and call me right away. Her medications are given as ordered by the doctor which is great because mom would forget to take them all of the time. There is someone always checking in on her too. If she doesn't show up to a meal they go to her apartment to see why she isn't there and if she doesn't want to go they will bring her a tray so she never goes without a meal. Mom loves it there because she didn't want to be a burden to her family. She …
