PositiveI'd recommend it. It's a nice place, and the food looked very good. There are advantages--a family member or visitor can be admitted to the assisted living side with a memory care resident. There's a cute little "cafe" there with snacks & drinks. There is a nice courtyard but it's locked--has to be opened by staff.

PositiveSpring Arbor and Homewood were our top two choices. SA had availability when we needed it. Have had some issues with the "bulk account" for TV, which is included in the cost and provided by Comcast. The "boxes" are old and prone to problems. Also had hassles getting a landline phone installed as no one at SA knew what to do (how to work with Comcast). Staff are friendly and helpful in general.
Response from the communityThank you for sharing your feedback. Our team is dedicated to serving your loved one to the best of our ability. Thank you for putting your trust in us, and we will continue to improve.

PositiveThe building seems very clean and bright. The staff always greets me and knows and comments on my Dad's progress with walking. They seem to actually pay attention and care about his well being. He doesn't participate in many activities, but he does appreciate the availability of Catholic Mass. Onsite PT is very helpful to him, plus the ability to use exercise equipment on his own time. He is very happy with the food. Just a small critique of the food service is some days he waits to be served for 20 minutes or more…
Response from the communityThank you for providing feedback on your experience. We are committed to learning how we can improve our care and services. Please continue to let us know how we can better serve your loved one, and thank you for trusting in us.
