★★★★★
CriticalThe staff was good. My husband was given a medicine he should not have had which sent him into decline.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is always available. If they don't know the answer, they will find out and get back with you sooner rather than later. Cheerful, friendly and respectful. I feel they do care for the residents and are here to serve.

CriticalThe staff was very good to the patients, very caring and patient, seemed to genuinely care about them. They had a few activities in the morning but didn't seem to do anything in the afternoon. I didn't notice a lot of physical activity and I did ask about it. The food was excellent and they occasionally did outings which the patients loved. The rooms were clean and they had the patients on a schedule for changing and bathing. I think they need a lot of help giving medications and what medications to give.

CriticalMy mother only stayed there one month. It was so bad I had to pull her out of there. I was promised things that my mother would receive and never did. They told her if she wanted to eat she had to leave the room. So I was bringing my mother food that was supposed to be served instead I was having to bring her food. She was supposed to get a beeper to get ahold of staff. They told my mother if she fell down craw to the bathroom room and pull the emergency cord. I never did get my deposit back nothing. That has got b…

PositiveFirst of all, Dominion is more like homey feeling and design of building is very updated. Interiors are nice and the tenants get own private rooms. One negative is no insurance so each resident has to pay own money. It's not cheap but staff are very helpful. They also provide 3 meals a day and setting is like restaurant, cloth napkins and utensils. Even residents can make mess but they clean up so well. They have 24 hours caregivers or assistance.
★★★★★
PositiveWonderful care. Always ready to assist. Always smells clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The quality of the care services has been excellent. I could not do what they do. Great food, may need more vegetables and fruits at times. It is expensive, however they give much more hands on care than other places. Based on the experience we have had, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.
