PositiveI have recommended it to a few!I looked at 6 different places for my dad. When I walked into Spring Arbor, I was greeted by staff who were happy and pleasant. Two staff members met in the hall to have a chat about whether a patient had actually bathed or not, left her info private but respected her and her memory loss. It made me feel like the staff really cares.

PositiveWe chose Spring Arbor because it was all on one level which was important to us since she would be using a wheelchair or walker. Then when we met the administrator and the head nurse, we just really liked the way they communicated. The room size is great, she has the smallest one which is a studio and for her it is more than adequate.
