Good place for family members

I have had 3 family members at Spring Arbor of Steele Creek. The staff here now is wonderful. They keep me informed and are so helpful to me and to my family members living here. The facility has just been painted and looks very nice. I very much appreciate all that they do for my family.

Finally - a place she enjoys!

For years, I stressed about finding a suitable assisted living care facility that would treat my mother with the care and respect she needs and deserves after 86 years. [name removed] in admissions was professional but also caring and transparent. She made me feel that I was making the right decision for my aging mother. Absolutely Phenomenal and Accomodating

The entire facility and staff have been wonderful with the whole process behind moving my mother into Spring Arbor of Steele Creek. Through every step of the process, I have been taken care of and nothing was left unexplained, all thanks to the accommodating and knowledgeable administrators. Toured

My in-laws live at another Spring Arbor location, so when they bought something near our home, we had to go in for a tour! They are making a ton of improvements to the community and the team is so welcoming. We can’t say enough great things about our interactions with Spring Arbor.

Not recommended

The meals were okay. The staff didn't call me when my father fell two separate times. I had to find that out when I came into his room and found bloody bandages. They were also more interested in eating their food than they were helping patients. This wasn't at meal times. It was just during the day or evening. The head of the ward my family member was in didn't know pertinent information about my family member, nor did the facility nurse. I would not recommend this facility to others.
