Overall good. Caregivers a plus. Finance people a weakness. Based on the experience we have had so far. There is a fair amount of staff turnover, but I understand that is typical for the industry I would recommend Avanti Senior Living to other families

PositiveGreat facility, friendly staff
It is not easy to find who the correct person to contact when it comes to medical. There are multiple contacts for Leading MD's and Avanti. The cavity is top notch! And based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend them to other families.

CriticalOur experience at Avanti
This facility is struggling. They are seriously understaffed but not full, so they are in a Catch-22. There is no Chef, no Activities Director and I have seen no sign of the LPN who should be there daily. New hires are announced and introduced then whisked off to corporate for "training" and then don't always return. Absolutely everything, except for the grounds, could be improved at Avanti Senior Living at Peoria.

PositiveThis place is amazing! My mother has been there since Jan 2021 and what a great place to live the grounds are immaculate, the staff is kind, caring, attentive and professional. They are a fabulous team and the true leadership shows. I know my mother is loved and cared for at all times. Best place in the valley.

This community is "outstanding" the building design is beautiful & easy for the residents to get around. Very light and cheerful. The staff is wonderful & the facility is well run. They are all caring people that take the extra steps to give the residents the best possible experience. My mother feels like she lives in a resort with friends!
