Basically it's all 5 i love how they take care of their residents and their activities are top notch. The food is amazing and the way they let you order for every meal instead of just bringing out whatever is on the menu is amazing.

Immediately you feel welcome, by the residents and the staff. The atmosphere is so inviting and it's more like a cruise than a care facility. Everyone there really cares and wants the best for you. My mother in law tells me all the time she loves living there.

This is a great place. Our mother has been a resident for a year an a half there. They are always willing to listen and to work with us in any way to help our mother. The nurses there have given me their personal numbers to call if we have any concerns and they call me with anything issues that arise. We have found the communication with us between the administration and nursing staff to be excellent. The CNAs and med techs are so kind, patient and loving towards our mother. My mom was only there a short time (21 days). I never was able to eat there but mom said she liked the food. Other than that I would give them 5s across the board. My only complaint with them was that it took a long time for the parent company to refund us for the days after her death that were paid for. The staff in North Ogden were great.
