It's a very nice place but really expensive. They also seem to be a little short handed at times. I toured it and was impressed.

CriticalPros and cons at Spring Hills Hunters Creek
Staff is helpful and friendly. However, they don't seem to carry out my requests of food portions. My mother has gained over 50 lbs and gone from a size 12-20. She is now in memory care. I have asked to cut all portions in 1/2 so she doesn't feel left out. She has Alzheimer's so is strictly eating out of habit not love for food. She is now very unstable which is only worsened by the weight.

Most of the staff was helpful. I do believe they probably need more assistants, but I am not sure what the current state standard is of caretaker to patient is. Also they were very communicative when he was starting to have issues. I did like that they always had activities going even though in the end my uncle didn't want to participate. I could open his door when they had music groups and he could hear it from the second floor. Getting him medical care or getting him to the hospital when needed.

SpringHills continues to be the perfect choice for my mom n dad They live in a small one bedroom apt and it is all the size they need!! They have 24 hour care, multiple weekly services, visits from nursing staff, and a team of caring professionals Mom n dad enjoy the activities n games as well as musical performing guests . The guests are quiet and friendly toward each other . The staff are professional and accommodating ! I am so pleased and thankful for Spring Hills.

PositiveFriendly and caring staff . That was what we loved best
Dad didn't particularly like the food, however Spring Hills Hunters Creek community was excellent. I was very happy with them. If it wasn't for a bigger room elsewhere, we would have stayed there. The staff. They are very caring. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.
