Good Overall, But Turnover Is a Concern

The facility is clean and bright and residents are encouraged to interact. They have a good activities program. The food is good and there are some good people working there. However, there is a lot of staff turnover including at the management level and the owners don't want to invest in their staff. Memory care is especially concerning. There were times when I went to see my father and didn't see a staff member for 10 minutes. Overall it's a good place but with so much staff turnover you have to be present freque…

The director of nursing is always very responsive when I've had questions or brought up concerns and addressed any issues quickly and without excuses. The staff is very friendly and know the patients well and there doesn't seem to be a lot of staff turnover. Overall it's a nice environment and very secure.

Sprinhills accomplished what I thought was impossible!

When I was looking for a new place for my mother, I visited and spoke with several facilities. My mother hadn't left her room in 1 1/2 YEARS and I felt she deserved more! [name removed] and [name removed] said they would get her to participate in some of their activities, like bingo, cards, music nights or whatever. I literally would have bet the farm that mom wouldn't go. WELL, I thrilled to say I was wrong. Mom goes at least weekly and had a week where she went to 5 activities! A great place for your loved ones.

From the bright and comforting entryway, to the clean and fresh bathrooms, every inch of Spring Hills Middletown is warm and inviting. Every staff member makes my Grandma feel like she's part of one big family. Nothing makes me happier than knowing she is living in such a caring and wonderful place.

Homey, caring, and fun

The staff and facility at Spring Hills Middletown is absolutely fantastic. You can tell they care about their residents. My grandma loves the events they have. She loves that the food isn't bland. It's fun for all ages, it's a family vibe here.

Spring Hills Middletown review

I would not recommend this place. They are understaffed. Again what activities, sitting in front t of a t.v. for hours. My father had never fallen; he was there for 6 weeks and fell multiple times. It was a joke. Daycity hospice was the only saving grace [name removed] was the best. If l had to do it over l would not recommend this place.
