Hoping for improvements

The price is good for almost full care level of service but the facility is very basic. Everything is average. Nothing stands out. But that is what money gets you. The last place was $[removed]k and offered multiple choices in meals, far more timely responses, and cleaner, higher standards. This place is $[removed]k and satisfactory. If you can afford an extra [removed]k a year for as many years care will be needed, go elsewhere. If you are on a budget, this place is better than a Medicaid facility, but money talks…

Would Recommend

They work very hard and are very friendly but have multiple tasks so service is not always what was expected or promised. But for the price, this facility is satisfactory. This is our second facility and the first one was better but [fee removed] more per month.

Care at Spring Oaks, Warrenton , Virginia

I really like the executive director [name removed]. Her leadership is impeccable. I find the staff to be very helpful, caring and willing to go the extra mile from my mother. I would recommend this facility because they are caring, courteous , and professional.

A loving home when Mom couldn't stay home

The facility is spotless, the staff is friendly and deeply care about the residents. The director is phenomenal and communicates frequently to relieve concerns. They focus on helping their residents enjoy the time left.

Home away from home

Making the decision to place Mom in an assisted facility was one of the most difficult decisions to make for our family. We were very fortunate, with assistance from A Place for Mom, to find this loving , hands on facility for our mother.

Little offered

Small facility. Building is old. Only 2 aides per shift. Few activities. Better meals before menu was changed. Residents rely on family for Drs appts and shopping. Other facilities offer much more. Do your research.
