Family visit

I recently had a family member at the Springs at Monarch Landing from rehab. I could of not asked for better care for my Aunt. They treated her like family. The response to her call light and anticipated her needs. The rooms where beautiful and the food was delicious. My aunt is very picky and she loved being there.

Mixed bag look elsewhere

I felt that my parents received good care from the practitioners at Monarch Landing and the Springs. Mom and Dad were treated well and the caretakers were supportive and kind. Less enthralled with the business office. After BOTH of my parents passed within a few months of each other, I have had a running dispute around invoices appearing 5 months after the fact, stray, unexplained charges and misleading responses. Nice facility, good food, terrible staff.

I was a patient on the rehab unit. The physical facility is lovely and the food is good. The staff was less than I expected.. They were frequently short of staff. I received infrequent physical therapy. Many staff members were not willing to help you and some were outright mean. After two weeks there I caught Covid and had to be transferred back to the hospital. I complained about a cough for days. Every night they tested me for Covid and said the test was negative. The best we have had at a rehab facility.

Wonderful facility. Staff answers call light promptly. My mom felt safe and her care was exceptional. Everyone was very respectful. Therapy department is the best every single one in that department knows what they are doing. When you walk in you feel very welcome and when you are leaving, you leave with a peace of mind knowing your loved one is safe.

Don't send your loved ones

Place treated my father like a dog.... keep your loved one at home... no communication at all, found the ladies laying around, wouldn't change my father... I hope one day those nurses who took care of my father have there mom or dad treated the way they treated him...

The Springs at Monarch Landing is a luxury independent living facility with assisted living and memory care. Everything has a very contemporary feel. Rooms go as large as 2,600 sq. ft. The dining hall is formal every night. The facility comes with a high price tag, but if you are looking for a place that's going to feel like a cruise ship, this is your place.
