Hi/ mom is still there/ never do I feel they are not attentive or not treating her well. They are hard working ladies for sure and have a true concern for my mom. I know it's a tough job because I was a caretaker for her almost a year/ I say they do a great job! My mom can be a little impatient and controlling/ but they can keep up with her pretty well!

When my mom was transferred to the home, the driver who was a 3rd party thru moms insurance was refusing to wait for the proper bed to place mom in/ the staff stood up for my mother as I would have done if I were present/ the staff had me on the line while the situation was taking place. I knew at that moment that they stood up for what was right and they earned my respect at that moment

I wouldn't recommend this facility at all. There are other good assisted living homes in Bowie and people should shop for them to get satisfactory service for their money. We had to take our relative out of the place just after two months and put her in a much much better place for almost the same price.

Liked the fact that the owner is a registered nurse with more than 28 years of experience and have been operating six licensed facilities for more than 21 years.
