Springwood Westerville

My experience at our initial visit to Springwood.

My partner [name removed] and I made our initial visit to Springwood Westerville last week. Our purpose was to submit our application and deposit for the rental of an apartment. We previously had lived there for 1 year in 2019. The property manager was very amiable and freely answered all or questions and concerns. She made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Much of the property had been upgraded since we last lived there. We will be moving in a month and eagerly look forward to our return to Springwood Westerville.

Springwood Place is my new home.

"I moved in to Springwood Place 5 months ago. I sold my 4 bedroom home in Hilliard as I wanted to get closer to my daughters in Westerville and my home was getting a bit hard to keep up. So glad I found Springwood Place!

I became a widow in 2022. I began searching for a new home in 2023. I visited a number of facilities. Springwood is the best fit. I have been accepted by everyone I've met: my new neighbors, [name removed], maintenance, families of residents. The residents are interesting, active,caring, kind, welcoming. Excellent apartment

Springwood place is a comfortable and affordable apartment home for me I moved from out of state to be closer to family and I was so pleased that my daughter found a community for me with great amenities and social space for Seniors. I have a garage and a 1 bedroom apartment with a den which is just right. They fix any issues right away and the management is very accessible to assist. Springwood Place Experience

Since Danbury has taken over our apts, we are very happy about changes. Requests are tended to in a timely manner. building is sparkling. Manager puts out fun monthly news letter and helps us make Springwood a wonderful home.
