Nestled near the historic district of downtown Concord, St. Andrews Living Center provides seniors with professional care to help them rediscover their freedom. Health care professionals and staff are on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week offering assisted living services. Each senior receives an individualized care plan directed by their personal physician and monitored by the resident care coordinator. In addition to assistance with activities of daily living, the staff also coordinates and monitors outside services and therapies to help ensure all residents receive the care they need to thrive. While the dedicated staff takes care of the housekeeping and linens, residents can focus on forging new connections and practicing their favorite hobbies. Nutritious meals are served three times a day in the cafeteria, and devotional services are held weekly. To keep everyone active and engaged, the community’s director of activities plans a schedule of entertainment options for residents to take advantage of.
