CriticalRoom is very small. Food quality is inconsistent. New ownership took over 2 weeks after moving. Transition was very clunky. A lot of Effort to make the place look pretty and fancy, yet trying to heatingvand air comfortable for seniors goes ignored. There has been no hot water in the room sinks for months. The shared toilet and shower room is like an icebox all the time.
