They provided good care to dad but could have had a better activities director. That's the only reason I didn't rate a 5. I would recommend to others. They really cared about the residents

Big staff turnover and short-staffed. There is currently no activities director and there's not much to do. The food is sub-par and the kitchen staff is disorganized and there are far too few of them. On the plus side, my mom's apartment is nice and she feels at home there.

Parents are ready to move out. After 2 months. Steer clear. The staff has been turning over weekly since they moved in. Current staff is rude and generally incompetent and management seems to not care at all.

They keep an eye on my sister, They have security at the front door. They greet everyone by name and ask how they are doing. She is in a studio apartment which is small compared to what she had, but she is adjusting well.

I needed to find a place in a hurry and was able to do that. The ease of locating a place also was welcome since I did not have to spend an inordinate amount of time looking at numerous places. My mom is in a better place due to APFM.
