If you can’t take care of yourself this is not the place to be. When mr or my 99 year old roommate turn on the call light It may or may not be answered. The Villa is so understaffed it’s ridiculous. Our room has NOT BEEN CLEANED in over a week! I’ve been here 2 weeks & it’s never been mopped. The bathroom is so unsanitary neither of us would use it if we didn’t have to!
