The care here has been good, and I like that they charge a flat fee without a bunch of extra add-on costs. A couple of things could be better. It sometimes seems like they're short-staffed during busy evenings, and communication about medication changes isn't always great. It would be nice to get updates when medications are changed and understand why those changes were made. Overall, we've had a good experience, but better staffing and communication would make it even better.

I would not recommend.

My experience with this facility was very, very poor. I was extremely disappointed. Which is why my mother is leaving after only two months. The only thing adequate was the food. ZERO on everything else.

Care of residents and staff

This is a horrible place to be. They always run out of food.People who need to be fed usually dont get fed. They dont care about the residents it's just a pay check for them. They can't keep help, they are treated poorly. They cover up a lot of incidents there. Their has been family members who have taken their loved ones out of there. They do not get the care they need. Their medications are so messed up. They don't give residents the medication they need. Some residents they give medications to knock them out so …

Amazing staff

Stanford Lodge has great staff that offers round the clock care. They have an amazing staff that takes the time to get to know every resident and their families. They also get to know each residents likes and dislikes and are able to provide care for them based on those likes and dislikes.

We had a great tour experience with Stanford Lodge. We thought this was an absolutely beautiful facility, but unfortunately we were unable to afford it.

A Good Place for Mom

This is a great place that is reasonable priced. Nice and kind people work here. The staff were always available to answer my questions or concerns the family had.
