CriticalI wouldn't recommend that place to my worst enemy! The manager sucks the most unprofessional women I ever see in my 30 years in business experience! I left after 10 months and some people are leaving sooner than that ! People that have been there said they have never seen so many rooms empty ! Some good staff members have left also stating they can't work with her ! So good luck !!!

CriticalI would tell others that they need to be cautious about what they're told versus what is in a written agreement and even in the written agreement things like housekeeping and laundry, have not been maintained

Positive[name removed]s disease was further along than we thought but the staff reached out to find us extra help with assisting [name removed]s needs and one reached out to me in Tennessee to keep me updated. I would live there, what a great place.
Response from the communityThank you so much for your kind words. We understand how difficult it can be when a loved one’s condition progresses, and we’re grateful our team could support you during that time. It means a lot to hear that communication and care made a difference, even from a distance. We truly appreciate your trust and are honored to have been part of your loved one’s journey.

PositiveVery caring staff. Friendly residents. Do not care for the buffet type line for meals instead of someone taking orders and bringing it to you. It is difficult for many people to stand in line and to carry their meals to a table. They like 3 meals a day being offered since many only offer 2.
Response from the communityThank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re so glad to hear you’ve experienced a caring team and friendly residents—that truly means a lot to us. We also appreciate your input on the dining experience. We understand how important comfort and accessibility are, and your feedback regarding the buffet-style service is valuable. We will share this with our team as we continue to look for ways to improve and better meet the needs of our residents. Thank you again for sharing your perspective!

CriticalThe sales pitch and the actual documents with the management are two separate things and not very clear. They raised the monthly fee on the person I found to reside there in four months instead of after six months, which was the agreement time. They are very dishonest in their dealings and I would not recommend this place to anybody
Response from the communityThank you for sharing your concerns. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, particularly regarding communication and billing clarity. Transparency and trust are very important to us, and what you’ve described is not the experience we strive to provide. We take this feedback seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to review the details with you directly to better understand what occurred and address any discrepancies. Please reach out to our leadership team so we can follow up and work toward a resolution.
