CriticalEveryone is very nice, friendly however they turn over and then quality falls. Housekeeping is almost not existent (my sister visits just to clean) and my mother is not getting her showers. The sales team really oversold the place, telling us things that did not completely come true once she was there.

PositiveOverall, I think that the biggest issue at Stoneridge is staff retention. Sometimes it is unclear who to ask for things. Stoneridge prefers for family and residents to work directly with the staff to address questions and issues. Unfortunately, it is not always clear which department is responsible or who to talk to. Staff turnover contributes to this problem. The folks at the front desk can usually help. Be sure to get television, internet and phone connections straightened out before move in.
