PositiveNice, but Room for Improvement
From what I've seen, the assisted living part of Stoney Ridge appears to be nicer, offers more activities, and shows better to potential residents. The facility is generally nice, although my mom's room still has a sticky floor from when she moved in. The staff is friendly, but the quality of care in memory care has been mixed. If it weren't for the hospice nurses who come in, I'm not sure the care would be as good. The office staff has been very helpful, but maintenance has been slow to resolve some issues, such…

PositiveIt was a very nice facility, [Name Removed] met us at the door and took us back to her office to give some basic info then gave us the tour. It was clean and well decorated. I especially appreciated the outdoor landscaping and seating. The rooms were nice and the roll in shower was perfect for wheelchair access. Staff and residents seemed friendly and enthusiastic.
