I really would have to say maybe a three because no one's there to answer the phone but when they want you to sign up to put someone in there before they answer that phone every time once you're in there, good luck getting a hold of anyone. I would have to say a story point wasn't one of the best places they did help me out get furniture and stuff for[Name Removed]. As far as facilities. We have been here about 2 months and have found the residents and staff very friendly and helpful. Our apartment is a 2 bedroom with enough space to be very comfortable and relaxing. General housekeeping is provided weekly which is a nice and welcome service. Laundry facilities available also.
