PositiveTOP NOTCH - ONLY THE BEST!
5's across the board in every category. Her quality of life has improved 100%! They keep the rooms very clean there. There's never any foul smells in the air. They seem to personally care about the people there constantly checking on them, chatting or listening to them. I spend enough time there on visitation, and they always have functions going on that I have also been a part of. All the residents seem quite happy. The food variety is excellent.

Criticalwould never recommend this place!
My husband and I went to Vista Springs Tuesday morning with flowers and candy for a long time neighbor and friend only to be told we couldn’t leave it because our friend was no longer there. My husband asked them where she was. The lady said wait a minute came back and said we had to call[name removed] and did we have her number? We asked where are friend was and was told she couldn’t tell us and told again call [name removed]. [name removed] is the receptionist at guardian [name removed] office. We left and called…
Response from the communityVista Springs is sorry that these individuals with well-intended, kind, and thoughtful expressions of friendship and concern misunderstood our respect of a patient’s dignity, personal information, and privacy as being a lack of empathy. Truly, long-time good friends and neighbors can reach out to the family in such cases when any healthcare provider cannot release any form of medical or personal information to anyone except those specific individuals who the patient or responsible party has provided written authorization regarding the release of any information of a medical condition or residency. Vista Springs cannot comment factually with respect to a disconnected mobile phone conversation as these commonly get dropped from a caller in a car. Vista Springs guest concierges would never hang up on a caller and we have no log of information to return a call. However, the Managing Partner or the owner of Vista Springs Greenbriar Village is more than glad to accept a call to clear up any confusion related to this matter.

PositivePeace of Mind is priceless
I am very pleased that my loved one is in the care of Vista Springs, Parma, OH. She has been a community resident since August 2019.+ Last August at the age of 98, she transferred to the Rediscovery Unit. This transition took place with my approval when her symptoms of dementia increased. My loved one has always received superior care. PositiveCare Of My Mother at Vista Springs
My Mother is 95 years old and has been at Vista Springs almost 2 years and the time of Covid. At first I was not sure about putting her in Assisted Living, but after some time has passed I know it was the best decision for her. The Nursing Staff on Floor 3 is excellent. I respect and admire the Nursing Staff for all they do for my Mother and as they do for all residents. I realize the job they do is demanding, as my Sister was a nurse. The Aides are also excellent.
