The staff always goes out of the way to make you feel welcome is the good part. I'm not sure what could be improved at the moment. I would recommend to others.

This is home!

Moving here has made me feel safe and welcomed. I have been able to progress physically by utilizing therapy partnerships that are available. When I came here, I considered it my home away from home, but now I feel that this is my permanent home where I belong. There were no fears of moving in because I felt the comfort of the staff and residents were also welcoming. My mother in law, [name removed] moved into Story Point just recently. She is 100 years old and was living on her own, she is very independent, very social and very determined. It has been an adjustment for her but the staff is so helpful and respectful towards her needs. There is so much to keep you busy, and yes! Bingo but so much more. Storypoint is wonderful

This place has a wonderful and friendly staff who are there because they care about their residents. My mother gets great care and they provide her with good meals. I am always welcomed when I visit and feel right at home.

Story Point review

It is a comfort to our family to know that our mother who is in her 90s has a safe place to be able to enjoy her Golden years. And to have the friendly staff be able to take care of any of her needs. And to have the beautiful facility that she is very comfortable in.
