I love the staff there. Brandi has hired and trained all staff to check on the residents more often than the larger facilities. They will cook anyone something to eat, if they want it, and are hungry, at any time. The meals they serve are really nutritious and good. They clean and shampoo their carpets, each time they are dirty or something is spilled on them. This includes each room that someone lives in. The room size is fine for one person. I had to put my mom in here after she had a major surgery. They helped her with her physical therapy that was ordered, and helped her walk. She loved it here. They did hair and nails. They pampered her. I really appreciate all the care she got.

When I brought Dad, the staff came out to the vehicle and helped us get moved in. They knew what we were going through and talked us all the way through it. The house was warm and comfortable, I felt at ease leaving Dad there. Way easier than expected! The staff was there to help with whatever we needed. Stratford Home is a dream facility for mom/dad, it is welcoming and a very friendly environment. The staff is well trained on dementia and ahlzimers. They take really good care of my dad and the owner is very accommodating and just an overall sweetheart. She is a delight to the residents and my dad loves her.
