Suffield Commons, LLC

Great place

They're not inclined to raise the rent here. I live in the smallest apartment that they have available and it works for me, it is 640 square feet. I would recommend Suffield Commons to others looking for Senior Apartment living.

The best is amazing. All utilities are included in the rent. It is in the center of Suffield, and walking distance to everything. It has the greatest restaurant in the front of the building that service Breakfast and Lunch.

Made downsizing and moving in less stressful!

They put new flooring in, new refrigerator, new lighting, and new paint. The staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Any issues are taken care of promptly. All areas are very clean and well maintained. Every unit has a full kitchen. There is a restaurant in the building that is open for breakfast and lunch and also open to the public. They have different rooms for different activities that you are able to use if you want to.

very nice community

I toured here when I was looking, there were a lot of things I didn't like about this place. It was awful. It is for someone who wants to move out of their home and into a small apartment that has no activities or anything. They have electric heat, which I was not a big fan of. The community was very dark, small and very depressing. Even the cabinets in the rooms were dark wood. They did have a TV room with big screens for those who watch sports.
