PositiveThe staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and do an exceptional job. They offer many different activities, meet with the residents to get their input. The dining experience is interesting, again there is a monthly meeting with anyone who wishes to participate. We are offered choices. I've heard a lot of comments from residents about the cleanliness. Our apartment size is comfortable and I have never been afraid to stay here.

PositiveIt is so nice to see things changing since the new GM [removed name] has taken over the building. Maintenance problems are taken care of in a timely manner. He has brought our standard of dining up & serving issues are handled even if it means the GM stays to serve. He has organized our staff and just made things better; not to mention the morale.

I like the community atmosphere and togetherness, and people are so friendly and kind.
