The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and do an exceptional job. They offer many different activities, meet with the residents to get their input. The dining experience is interesting, again there is a monthly meeting with anyone who wishes to participate. We are offered choices. I've heard a lot of comments from residents about the cleanliness. Our apartment size is comfortable and I have never been afraid to stay here.

It is so nice to see things changing since the new GM [removed name] has taken over the building. Maintenance problems are taken care of in a timely manner. He has brought our standard of dining up & serving issues are handled even if it means the GM stays to serve. He has organized our staff and just made things better; not to mention the morale.

I have talked to many of the residents and asked them, what is special to them about living at Sugar Valley. Most of them said the same thing. I'm not lonely here. I like the community atmosphere and togetherness, and people are so friendly and kind. There is always something to do if you want to participate, that's fine, if not you can just sit in the atrium or library and read, that's fine also.
