About Summer Reach Summer Reach is a 55-plus community located in Plymouth, MA being built by Thorndike Development. Upon completion, it will have 100 attached homes, as well as 14 single-family homes. The community will feature private, modern amenities including a central clubhouse and outdoor pool.
