Happy with our choice

First off, they seem very happy there. They always say the food is amazing, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond to make sure they’re well taken care of. The facility is extremely clean and even smells fresh and well maintained. They also host special events like themed dinners and live music, which they really enjoy.

My observation

1.Staff: most of the staff is good this includes Admin and service. There are a few service staff that have bad attitudes. 2. Activities are good, the schedule is impress but the instructors are late or activities are cancelled. 3. The food is pretty good, but the Dining Experience is poor because the food is often cold when served. Admin says they talk and don't eat. This may be true. 5. Great experience at Summerset Senior Care Facility

New facility, well taken care of and very approachable staff top to bottom. The only dig would be that the staff spoke Spanish when they're working in the room with the patient. For my 91 year old father he thought they were talking about him. I tried to reassure him they weren't but that was a hard sell. Extra special they allowed us to put the charges we owed on a promissory note so we could move him home to put him on hospice care
