Summertree Amenities The central hub of social and physical activity happens at the Summertree Recreation Facility. The facility offers plenty of amenities to keep residents active like the fitness center where homeowners can stay healthy by using the cardiovascular or weight-training equipment. Afterwards, they can head to the steam room or sauna for relaxation. Residents can freshen up at the lockers room before meeting up with neighbors in the card, activity, or craft rooms for some fun and games. The facility also has a catering kitchen, library, ballroom with auditorium, computers, aerobics and dance studio, laundry room, and billiards room. The Cross Creek neighborhood consists of 150 single-family homes. Homebuyers have eight different floor plans that range from 1,448 to 2,045 square feet with three to four bedrooms, two or two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
