PositiveWe love it here!
We love it here and everyone we have met( i.e. staff and residents) is friendly and helpful. Any needs are addressed almost immediately. We have tried to address needs gradually so we don't come off as being too demanding. Was surprised to find oven had not been cleaned but have reported it and it is now scheduled. The one other problem that we will be addressing is the counter top in the kitchen. It is In very poor shape with a lot of pitting, roughness etc. H Ave not reported that as yet but plan to do so soon. …

Just love it here. After just one month here, I know I made the right choice. They bend over backward to accommodate your wishes. There are just too many things to do, that one couldn't possibly accomplish them all.

We would rate The Summit with 5 stars in every area. My mom has loved being there and wished they had made the move years ago. The facility is spotless at all times, all the staff are pleasant and quick to respond to any needs or requests. She enjoys the morning breakfast and socialization. Our Dad passed in the Spring and since then she has been able to take advantage of more activities; enjoying the pool almost daily, participates in bingo twice a week, gaming, s'more nights, the entertainment and Happy Hour. PositiveReview for Summit at Glenwyck
They offer many activities - exercise, pool, sauna, happy hour, trips, cards, salon (you pay), onsite PT (your insurance or pay yourself). It is a very helpful and friendly community. Close to many stores and bus line. It is an older group ( not many 55 -65) I really like it for my mom. I feel comforted with her living there and feel she is safe. I would definitely recommend.
