PositiveOur experience
The apartment my mom has is a studio and is about [Amount removed] a month and doesn't offer a kitchen but she doesn't need one since they provide all meals and snacks. It does offer a fridge and microwave though and that meets her needs. They have a ton to do to get the residents out about in the community and offer transportation to get to appointments. I would rate all categories a 5. We have no complaints with summit point. What we like the most about the community is The staff! Everyone is so genuinely kind. The place is extremely clean. I love how they have activities taking place all day. My mom has done really well at summit point. She is eating three meals a day and has even gained some weight!

One thing I did not like was the carpet flooring in the apartments. When I arrived, I could tell carpet have been removed from one of the apartments, and a new section of carpet was brought in. My Aunt who is the resident rates it 5 stars. The staff are all very kind and do what they can to assist my Aunt. If there have been issues, they take care of things promptly. At times, it is quite evident that there are staffing issues.

The food is good but not great. Also the fee for bringing trays to room is ridiculous. Why would you charge for that. 100.00 in a month for days not going to the dining room is selfish. Other than that it is very good.
