Great Place For Care

We placed a loved one three months ago, and although she herself is having a hard time adjusting it has been a great relief for us to know she is being well taken care of. She’s truly loved by the staff even though she gives them a run for their money some days. They are very caring, very informative of how she is doing and they work with us to ensure we can give her physician all the necessary information regarding her many vital signs they monitor daily. Patient and caring staff. Would highly recommend

The value for cost is a 5+. All staff are super patient and willing to meet all of the clients' needs. When compared to other places, they seem to care about what the client and families want, not what the state mandates. They genuinely seem to love and care for the residents. Seems like it is more than a job to them. It's a calling.

We were skeptical of moving our loved one into a facility, after we moved them in our feelings changed. The staff is so accommodating and caring, they look after our loved ones like they were their own family. We could not be happier with our decision.

Heart to Home "H2H" (Sumpter Senior Living) stands out above all other senior living facilities in the Metro Detroit area. This intimate, modern, home environment is owned by two women who hold Master's degrees in Nursing work in the home healthcare environment. My sister is a resident who has dementia. Since she has been at H2H, their team and the physician that comes to the home have better managed her dementia personality changes. H2H has 24/7 caregivers at the home at all times.
