The facility was nice and clean. We met with a director who was nice, but spent an inordinate amount of time giving us her credentials and not enough time talking about the facility. The facility appeared unusually dark compared to others we visited. The rooms offered looked like others we have seen, so nothing special there. Sunnycrest is an amazing property. It’s managed extremely well by their excellent director. Everybody is friendly and outgoing and willing to help and answer every question you may have. It’s well decorated has the classy feel of a nice hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to provide good service. Good facility

I would recommend Sunnycrest I think it's a good facility. I think the people there are happy. I think overall the quality of care is good and after looking at every place and my mom being there a year I would say that we made the right decision.

Me and my brother took a tour there great place and our tour guide was[Name Removed] super nice great customer service explained things well easy to talk great job [Names Removed] the assessment nurse was so great also great customer service and new her stuff explained things well also this is the place we are trying to get my sister in so may things to offer there thanks for a job well done as soon as we walked in we were noticed and everyone was friendly there over all good customer service

Friendly and accommodating staff

Very friendly and accommodating staff from our initial point of contact for securing the unit, to the medication staff and dining folks. Upon move-in, they loaned us furniture and even some clothing as my father's former hospice "misplaced" most of his clothing. Everyone tries to help make it as smooth as a process as possible, especially when it came to explaining standard processes and procedures. But keeping updates on information and changes with staff day by day was the hardest part.
