CriticalThe facility is very attractive and well maintained, but my visit was a mess: the scheduled tour guide was busy so I never met or spoke to her. The very nice substitute guide did her best but was not able to answer all my questions, especially about costs— a crucial issue of course. I also got the impression of a lack of closeness between residents and staff, contrasting negatively with another assisted living place I visited.
