CriticalWe had a tour scheduled and it seemed that they didn’t even know we were coming. She then said that she was double booked and asked if we could reschedule for the next day. I drive 2 hours to tour the facility so that was not a possible alternative! So, the receptionist gave us a tour but didn’t know the answers to some of our questions! Very, very disappointed! But, the facility was nice.
