PositiveOur family's positive experience
We're pretty happy with my dad at this place. The onboarding was a little chaotic just getting everything taken care and caught up for his care, he transfered from a rehab facility, so it took a while to get his needs established when he arrived. Overall, we've been very happy with this transition...It is occasionally a little bit of work to get his care needs up for when my dad needs to use the provided shuttle to get him to his doctor's appointments as he is wheelchair-bound. 5 on all! Everyone is super welcoming, nice and encouraging. They check on my dad a lot and invite him to activities every single day. Also, the food there is so good that he's eating more there than he did on his own, and healthier.

CriticalCheerful, Friendly Community May Be Just Right For Your Needs!
People there are great. Our problem was more with lack of staff and corporate leadership. The meals were a trial for my parents. They waited a long time to give their order and a long time to get their meal which was often not warm. The hours for breakfast were too early for my dad. The activities are geared toward memory, movement, social interaction and entertainment. I thought they were excellent. Unfortunately, my parents thought they were for "old people" and wouldn't participate.
