Staff great. Management fair.

Our family experiencing multiple tragedies past couple months. Sunrise floor staff seem very good. Management was kind and polite until they wanted to move mom to memory and she wasn't ready. Management harassed me to move her, sending threatening emails, phone calls, and started to have staff call me daily to say mom called out 3 xs overnight. Forced me to move her and none of us could be there. All this while the family is still reeling from what's happening in the rest of the family. She would've needed it event…

[Name Removed] was so kind and helpful. She made the tour informative and fun. Everything was clean and orderly.

Happy with our choice.

5, my loved one seems happy and the staff is great, some minor issues but they are always willing to work it out.

Tour was great. Very nice facility. Got all the information we need. They do not have an opening that works for us currently but gave us options for getting notified.

Sunrise of Naperville

Sunrise is a very nice place to live, my sister in law loves it there. All the staff knows my sister in law's name, which is very nice. The head nurse [name removed], is kind, she makes mental notes throughout the day on her residents, when asked she knows all about my sister in laws condition, how is her gait, her social interactions, if she's eating, in general all about her. I love the care they give her.
