Sunrise of Naperville North

I toured the facility, which is lovely and has a warm and friendly feeling. It is very clean, bright, comfortable and wrll maintained. Christine spent time answering all of our questions and providing us with a full tour. Seems like a homey atmosphere and the residents seem very happy.

Very friendly staff and answered all our questions about facility. Toured two different room sizes. Met several of the residents while seeing dining room and lobby area. Went over cost of facility, with all added medication reminders, safety pendant and care level add ons the monthly cost went higher than we expected.

Beautiful facility with many amenities. If you are looking for rehab this has minimal opportunities for that. It is more a lovely permanent home for your loved one.

The studio room was just too small. I wouldn't want to live in it and I wouldn't put my husband there either.

I would Live Here

The building is beautiful. Even the studio size was good. They had a great food selection. The building looked and smelled clean. The staff was friendly, competent, and consistent, with no use of contract staff. The phone was always answered by a human being, never an answering machine. There appeared to be plenty of activities but my family member was too ill to participate. My only complaint stemmed from the fact that there "in house" therapists did not work with the patients schedule and just randomly showed up…

It was nice, though small and felt dreary. The staff was very nice. Unfortunately It would not be a good fit for our Mom and we are going to pass on this facility. The rooms felt smaller than other facilities in the area. The building seemed older.
