Review for Sunrise of Orchard

Mostly easy to deal with , friendly, a few items not fully explained but no major issues. Staff is professional and friendly. Food is better than where she was, which had been a sore spot. We did have some issue to work thru re: levels of care she did / didn't need, but those were resolved satisfactorily in the end. She and we are happier with Sunrise than past place.

Both the tour and presentation were extremely helpful for us. The person we met with did an excellent job with facilitating this.

I recently visited my mother in law in assisted living here. She is doing so well, esp. from a year ago when she moved in. It's night and day. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They are always having live music or just a nice get-together in the afternoon. I would recommend it!

Sunrise Review

staff provided good care but there was a persistent language barrier and the staff was not able to respond quickly to calls for assistance- sometimes up to an hour or more. administrative staff avoided direct response to my previous concerns about slow responses.

Good people, nice facility, well-priced as regards much of the competition in the south suburbs of Denver metro. Not too large such that you get a good sense of the care levels they provide the residents. This was our final choice after touring 5-6 alternative facilities and comparing vs. another 2-3 beyond those.

Disappointed

Response times to calls for assistance were typically long, sometimes much longer than the ten minutes - stated goal. More staff may have helped the situation. However, the staff were pleasant and friendly, wanting to assist the residents.
